I am a full time
Realtor® with TM5 Properties. For the
last 12 years I have used my expertise in real estate to assist numerous home
buyers and home sellers with their biggest investment – their homes. In addition to having a broker’s license, I
hold specialized certifications as both a buyer and seller representative and I
am a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute. I am also a Certified Military Residential Specialist. What this means to you is that I continually hone my skills and educate
myself so I can deliver the best possible service to my clients.

stressful event and break it down into manageable portions all the while
sharing my knowledge of real estate with them.

My professional career

My family and I have
moved quite a bit – six times in the last 18 years including two cross-country
moves! I know firsthand the challenges and stresses involved in buying or
selling a home and relocating to a new area. I am ready to help ensure that
things go as smoothly as possible throughout the process.
A native of New York, I
followed my heart to Central Texas in 1984. I have been married to my husband
Randall for 25 plus years and we have two daughters, Dana, and Erica. I earned
my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and French from Iona College in NY. I
am a member of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of Realtors, the
Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have served as president of the Stone
Forest Owners Association and founder/leader of the Stone Forest Ladies Book
In the past, I have volunteered as an English
as a Second Language teacher for the Bryan/College Station Adult Literacy
program. Currently, I am spending much of my free time to learning to speak
Spanish to allow me to be of service to those who don’t speak English as their
